About us
The Backöfele restaurant has existed for over 40 years and is therefore one of THE traditional houses in the heart of Würzburg. We are down to earth and cozy. We serve real Franconian cuisine like at grandma's and that in traditional surroundings. We welcome day-trippers as well as regular guests, celebrate parties and hold business dinners. The cordial contact with our guests is particularly important to us.
And that's exactly how it is with us in the team. We are friendly with each other and even in stressful situations we do not shout around. We value the private lives of our employees and ensure a good working rhythm. In addition, you are welcome to prove to us what your work is worth - and we will pay you for it.

Cook (m/f/d)
You rock our kitchen! You will prepare our food, bring ideas for our menu and have responsibility for our great kitchen team.
Dishwasher (m/f/d)
Nothing works without you! As a dishwasher, you are not only responsible for cleaning the plates: you keep track of everything in our kitchen. You are the backbone of our kitchen. The standing and falling, the savior in distress.
Bartender (m/w/d)
King of the Night. You are behind the counter, host and always keep the overview. Of course, you don't just mix good drinks - you mix the best!
Buffetier / counter staff (m/f/d)
The center of a restaurant is the counter! And you are responsible for them, because you provide the drink supply! Without you, nothing works here...
Service person (m/f/d)
You are the host and the first point of contact when our guests enter the restaurant. Thanks to you, they feel comfortable with us and that's exactly why they want to come back again and again. Because you do more than just serve food - you give our guests the warm feeling of being at home with us.
