In addition to filling side dishes such as pasta and bread, Franconian cuisine traditionally offers gluten-free alternatives such as fried potatoes. So the choice of food at Backöfele is quite uncomplicated if you want to eat gluten-free in Würzburg. In addition to the well-known specialties such as the Schäufele or the Franconian sausages, which contain meat, you will of course also find vegetarian and vegan alternatives on our menu.
